Eligibility Requirements

Residency at Cedars At River Legacy Park is subject to program eligibility requirements, including income guidelines based on Area Median Income (AMI). All applicants, including housing voucher holders, must meet applicable eligibility requirements, which may include income qualifications, screening criteria, and program-specific guidelines. Participation in the HCV program does not guarantee admission, as all applications are processed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

To determine eligibility, all applicants must provide required documentation, which may include:

Household composition

Proof of Income from all sources

Asset information (if applicable)

Any additional documentation required to verify eligibility
